Allan Line rate with dull rose strip of 3 and pair of 5¢ vermillion to Ireland.
Overpaid a half cent for convenience.
Carried by the Hibernian from Quebec to Liverpool. Paid Derry Colonial Packet
East on face. A rare franking of which only 5 have been recorded. Negligible
