Here's a nice commemorative souvenir sheet issued in 1967 by the London Philatelic Society to honour the 40th Anniversary of the ill-fated London-To-London Flight of September 1, 1927. It happened to also correspond to the 75th anniversary of the stamp club. The plane went down over the Atlantic and both plane, pilot and co-pilot were never found. Nice item, very fine mint, never hinged - see scan.
